Healthy Chocolate Shake

All this week was a stay-at-home day. M has a runny nose, so no school for her.

Yesterday I made us a chocolate shake that was delish. Creamy, yummy, with a bit of crunch.

Healthy Chocolate Shake

Unsweetened Soy Milk, Raw Cacao Powder, Kefir, Peanut Butter,  Raw Cacao Nibs, Agave, Frozen banana (not shown)

Add cacao nibs on top for a crunchier shake. 


Frozen bananas
Unsweetened soy milk
Raw Cacao Powder
Peanut Butter
Raw Cacao Nibs

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend and serve. 

I would leave out the agave until the end. Taste the shake then add agave as needed. I found the shake was really sweet with the agave. 

Also made Alice's Vanilla Bean Salted Caramels  It's really good with a good helping of salt on top. 

And, Eye It Try It's Quinoa Cereal. We used the red quinoa, and it was M's idea add coconut to the cereal recipe. Yummy and good for you.
