Farmer's Daughter Hotel

They serve pink lemonade and chocolate chip cookies at the check in desk.

Of coarse this one spotted it right away!

Our room. Quaint, clean and perfect for the one night.

I love that the room had wood floors.

Outside our room, a sitting area.

Tart Restaurant

We had a lovely brunch. Perfect to start the day.

This hotel was recommended on several sites. There were many reasons to love this hotel. I really enjoyed the personnel touches. Lemonade and chips or cider and cookies at check-in; the weather for the week posted in the lobby; a pull out map with your key and the staff was lovely. Just a home town feel. Off to the side of the hotel was TART restaurant.

Across the street from the hotel was the Farmers Market.

Rosewood Tavern, really for the older crowd. Walking distance from Farmers Daughter Hotel.
We ended up here by mistake....but what a great mistake it was. Yummy burger, the bun is a pretzel bun.

Currywurst we didn't have enough time to try, but will stop in next time. Reminds me of my youth, YUM curry fries.....
