How to make Almond Meal/Flour




When making almond milk I would throw away the ground almond that was left from the milk. GASP! I had no idea what to do with. Now that the family is gluten/dairy free I found so many uses.

Almond Meal/Flour


  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • After squeezing all milk, spread the wet almond meal on a cookie sheet.
  • Dry the almond meal for about an hour. Feel the meal to make sure it is completely dry. 
  • Store in a glass container. 
  • Use for baking, smoothies, etc.
