How to make Almond Meal/Flour
When making almond milk I would throw away the ground almond that was left from the milk. GASP! I had no idea what to do with. Now that the family is gluten/dairy free I found so many uses.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- After squeezing all milk, spread the wet almond meal on a cookie sheet.
- Dry the almond meal for about an hour. Feel the meal to make sure it is completely dry.
- Store in a glass container.
- Use for baking, smoothies, etc.
