My Kind of Workout

Have you heard about this youtube channel?


It's great! The workouts are only 20-30 minutes long, they're so many to chose from and it's not that hard. My goal is to do this everyday.

How do you workout?


  1. I have not been on that channel. I used to do the workouts sometimes. I would like to be able to do 3 days of cardio and 2 strength, but I usually end up just doing cardio.

  2. Yes, same guy different girl;) I find this new channel is not as offensive. My goal is workout 20 minutes a day. If you would like to get together and workout let me know.

  3. Good to know. Bodyrock angles could be a little raunchy. Do you have all the equipment?

    1. I just bought the equalizer! But, I've been improvising with weights. Hard isn't it?! Can't believe 20 minutes makes me sweat.
