Bacon Blue Cheese Popcorn
Bacon, chopped into pieces
- In a heavy deep pot fry the bacon till crispy.
- Set aside the bacon bits. Leave fat in pan. Heat should be medium high.
- Add enough popcorn to cover to bottom, there should be a layer of bacon fat ON TOP of the popcorn. This will give your salty, "butter" flavor.
- Once popcorn is popped pour into a bowl, add the bacon bits, crumbled blue cheese (enough for your liking), salt and pepper.
